I was a member here for over a year and I absolutely love this facility. I've been to several different locations of restore, but the way that this one is laid out has a nice flow in my opinion. There is an amazing sauna and shower available. The IV drips are in a private area and the temperature seems to be a little bit more comfortable than some of the other IV drip areas I've tried that feel freezing. I had moved away from the area and so I had to stop my membership, but I was in the area today and stopped back in to see if I had any old credits on my account. They were super helpful and I was able to use my prepaid ingredients today. The same team works there. They're always so friendly. I'm honestly really surprised about the reviews on here because any time that I had something expire while I had a membership they always helped me restore it without an issue at all. In any case, I just wanted to share some positive feedback because if I still lived in the area, I would definitely still be a member here.

I love all restore hyper wellness locations but Restore E84 is my go to spot for all recovery needs. As a fitness professional staying injury and pain free is incredibly important for me. Restore offers the services I need to do that. I recommend the red light then Cryo combo. I love the staff here! They are all so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Shout out to Michelle and the nurse Esther! They both go above and beyond 🙏🏽🫶🏽

Hands down the best restore location I've been to in NYC. It reminded me of the service I received in Sandy Springs, GA. The nurse Esther was extremely welcoming and helpful. I was offered tea as soon as I walked in. The esthetician was great and informative and the ladies at the front desk filled me in on certain deals I was not made aware of at any other location. The overall layout of this location is the best I've been to in the city and I like that the employees have business cards at the front desk for future reference. Overall the most peaceful and relaxing restore environment in NY that I've been to and should be a model for all others.

I love this place and the people who work here. It’s amazing. It has cryotherapy and red light and sauna. I try to do cryo daily. Red light often and sauna when I can!! They’re also so wonderful and helpful and willing to anything you need. They’re always so friendly and the staff is great. I just wish it opened at eight or 9 AM.!!! Best place ever!!
