If you care about your health and your baby’s well-being, I do not recommend this facility or Nurse Practitioner Jessica Bobadilla. My pregnancy was high-risk from the beginning, yet my concerns were consistently dismissed. I repeatedly reported fever, severe dizziness, constant vomiting, and swelling, and was told everything was normal. Ultrasounds showed my baby was 25% smaller than expected, yet no action was taken. At 25 weeks and 5 days, I called and messaged with worsening symptoms and received no response. I later delivered a critically ill premature baby with only a 64% chance of survival, and my own life was at risk. Doctors later confirmed I had severe preeclampsia and placenta was not functioning well conditions that showed clear warning signs long before delivery. This situation could have been prevented with proper care or timely referral. Everyone there are rude, the nurses, the receptionists, and the doctors, if they can even be called professionals. It feels like they have a license to kill.
My PCP left this practice I am on a list for a replacement!!! The WORST patient interaction ever. They don't care. Go to another academic practice or to the ED. All the good Internists have left. Those who remain do not care.
The wait time is so long (2 hours at least!!!) at any time of the day. I often have to skip blood tests at the end because I just have to leave. The black lady at the “front desk” cubicles was rude to me just because i asked how long I still had to wait.
They always make pregnant women sit there and wait for 1+ hours for their appointments. Ridiculous. The black lady at the front desk cubicles gave my wife an attitude for asking how late they’re running. RUDE!
If I could give this a negative star rating I definitely would. Back in April when I was 9 months pregnant about to give birth, I was being ‘seen’ at Weill Cornell and my doctor at the time was Christina Prada. Not sure where she got her medical degree but she needs to go and retake some test. Not only did none notice my placenta was giving up, my baby also had her cord wrapped around her neck. The girls at the front desk are so rude and hate their life being there. They schedule me to be seen in 10 days! I am 9 months pregnant and they rather put a patient that is 4 weeks before someone full term. As my appointment approached I went into the room and that is where the nightmare began. My baby was STILLBORN. My baby had no heart beat. Christina Prado didn’t know what to do or how to handle the situation and just let me leave the office. She didn’t even know where the labor and delivery was so I had to walk with my baby that had passed away inside of me 3 blocks. No wheelchair assistance, no humanity. Janet the receptionist later on didn’t even want to help my mom after my mother told her my baby had passed away in my stomach because she was ‘too busy’. If you care about your well being and your baby, please do not attend here. They do not care for anyone. I am living a nightmare every single day thanks to Cornell and the dream team. May Janet and ‘Dr’ Prado never have a peaceful day. In memory of my beautiful daughter. I will always fight for your justice. I have attached a picture of Christina Prado for reference. Couldn’t find one of Janet because she is not important enough to her employment.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would, back in April my friend unfortunately was told her baby had no heart beat. The girl at the front desk whose name is Janet could care less, she showed no empathy or compassion for my friend and failed to provide support for moving towards the next step getting my friend into the hospital. Instead she made her walk to the hospital and dismissed all her concerns and was so rude and nasty to my friend and her mother. Finding out your baby has no heart beat is already extremely traumatic and stressful and Janet added more distress to the situation. You’re better off giving birth on the side of the highway than going here for any kind of medical intervention. Doctor Christina Prado didn’t even know what floor labor and delivery was on, these people failed to do their job and the lack of efficiency is absolutely disgusting. My friend was at the time full term when she found out the baby had no heart beat and Ms. Janet suggest she wait and walk to the hospital. Everyone that works here should consider going a different route in terms of what they do for work because the care my friend received here is insanely unprofessional and incompetent.
One of the best medical groups in the country. My primary care physician, urologist, and oncologist-surgeon are here, and I travel from Florida to see them. It's worth it to get world-class medical care. Part of the New York Presbyterian Hospital complex where surgeries are performed. The doctors here are among the most talented in the world. Office administration is very efficient and professional, and I have always been treated with respect and dignity.
Always a pleasant experience here, my mother entrusted this place to care for her during her pregnancy with me and my sisters, 23-27 years later i did the same and entrusted them to care for me through both my pregnancies. No regrets at all. Tests were all done in a timely, professional, and accommodating manner. Sometimes i get nervous and queasy during blood work, they were calming and reassuring while also providing me a cute little lavender patch to smell. It actually helped a lot. They made my paper work so SO easy to handle for maternity leave, which i highly appreciated in such stressful times. From the front desk, to the doctors, to the nurse aid and the lovely nutritionist, the staff is always amazing! The wait times are a bit long depending on if you're there during peak times, well worth it in my opinion. Definitely give them the try. This is just the health practice review!! The hospital where you give birth is top notch!
Yelling at me over the phone when I asked which hospital they were calling from for my initial appointment simply because i called a few and didn't know which one they were calling from. Not a good way to start a patient interaction.
I just don’t get it why they are not even answering the phone??? I have been trying to call the office to make an appointment since Friday and they just won’t answer the phone at all. This is ridiculous and wasting so much time of my time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
