If you pay any out of pocket with your insurance, be mindful that not everything is covered. Including getting charged for and appointment to reading or go over test results. Even when the Dr. Can not read them and refers you out to get a better understanding of the said results. I called explained this to billing and they are pushing for the payment and co pay for un answered results. If i would have known the doctor could not tell be my test results I would have not made an appointment. How was I to even know what they said? Very disappointed in this place. It's gone down hill.

My hubby and I have been Salem Clinic patients for 15 years. Needed to take my hubby in for severe back pain/ injury and they said they needed to schedule us. He suffered 4 hours until his appt. IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPT. FOR URGENT CARE, THEN YOU ARE NO LONGER AN URGENT CARE! Seriously?

I took my client on Tuesday. They took us to the billing department. They took both insurance down and then they took us to scheduling. They schedule us once we get there. They said they are not allowed to schedule us because of the insurance even though they told us twice that everything was OK. This place is unorganized the ladies and the front desk don’t know how to handle Insurances and they say that they have to charge both insurances, which is weird , Very unprofessional

BILLING WARNING!!!! THEY DO NOT BILL AS AN URGENT CARE. IF THIS IS NOT YOUR PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER THEY DO NOT BILL AS URGENT CARE AND YOU WILL GET AN OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDER BILL!!!!

Had mixed feelings on this one but my experience was actually not bad. When I arrived I was asked if I had an appointment. We said no and that I had cut my hand and it would not stop bleeding. They said that they would try to get me in but it could take up to an hour. After checking in, I was seen with 10 minutes. They got me cleaned up and got stitches all within about 30 minutes from the time I arrived. If you call before you leave they can usually get you in pretty fast.
