Great doctor! My husband and I are so fortunate to have Dr. Saisho as our primary care physician. He has great credentials. He listens and cares about us. I'm sure he is that way with all his patients. He is thorough and does not rush you. The office staff is great. They return calls promptly and are very pleasant. Dr. Saisho is reachable at all times. I highly recommend Dr. Saisho.

Excellent Dr. with good patient communication and diagnostic skills. Another strong point is his supporting administrative team. They are easily to contact, well organized and prompt with regards to communication of referrals, records and information sent to specialists and the insurance company.

I have been extremely happy with my experience with Dr. Saisho thus far. His staff is very pleasant & he is a very patient doctor. I came to him with a chronic issue & he has been very thorough & patient with me. My favorite part, though, is his office has actually called back with results when they said they will!

Extremely knowledgeable. Takes the time to listen to his patients. If he has to refer you to a specialist, that person is also very skilled and knowledgeable.

He was our doctor for almost 20 years, and still would be if we hadn't moved out of the area. He's the best doctor either of us have ever had, and we always felt like we couldn't have been taken care of better. He listens, he takes into account your ideas on treatments, and if he doesn't know he says so and recommends a specialist. He's the best. Period.

Dr. Saisho has been my primary doctor for more than a decade, is now my wife's primary doctor, and will be my children's primary doctor when they are old enough. Dr. Saisho is a no-nonsense professional doctor who is also caring and trustworthy. He is conservative in his judgment, which I appreciate, and is always ready to welcome me to his office should I ever have any questions or concerns. I cannot recommend Dr. Saisho enough, but I do understand that different people have different expectations from their doctors. For me, Dr. Saisho is perfect, and if you are looking for a similar doctor, I hope you'll give him a try.

Our family switched to Dr. Saisho because we could get appointments when we really needed one. Their staff is fluent in English and Japanese. My daughter recently had a serious medical condition and he promply returned our calls for advice and directed us when to head to the Emergency Room. When we arrived at Hoag Hospital instead of waiting they were already expecting us. He had called and transmitted all relevant medical records via his computer (he embraces computer technology. He has Apple computers in all his patient rooms). When my daughter left the hospital he reviewed and interpreted the various tests performed at the hospital and also provided us with references and a roadmap for follow up care. You can view your blood and medical test results from your home computer using a medical information service he subscribes to. Very down to earth yet a very competent, compassionate and caring doctor. He was there when we needed competent medical advice the most.

My primary doc... nice guy....professional... perfect for me who hates frivolous small talk... I requested prescription meds from them and they always fax it to my pharmacy the same day.
