I haven't been his patient for over 6 years now, but he was so bad and bothered me so much that I still feel the need to share this. I am a Type 1 diabetic patient, and was his patient from when I was 16 years old to 23. He was always rude and impatient with me. He always made me hate myself because of the high A1C caused by my diabetes. His judgmental attitude worsened my state whenever I left his office. Moreover, his secretary was also very rude and was never available to schedule appointments.
However, after leaving his office and finding a new doctor, my A1C went down from range of 8.1 to 5.8 n less than 1 year and it has been consistently good ever since. My new doctor's been patient, caring, and understanding, and he motivates me to get better every time I visit him. He opened my eyes to the fact that my life and health are precious and has been helping me to enhance quality of my life and feel better about myself, in contrast to Doctor Moattari, who always made me feel terrible after each visit.
