This location is off the wall outstanding. I've been coming here for the last five years for all my imaging. They always welcome me with open arms and never once have these ladies been rude. I always have an appointment and probably wait five minutes before being called to the back. The office area is spotless and clean and location is only eight minutes away from my apartment.

I've always had a wonderful experience at this location. I've been coming here for about 5 years, usually do walk in no appt needed. Everyone have always been very friendly. They send you out with a beautiful rose.

First time at this location. I scheduled a morning appointment for my annual mammogram. I was met by a friendly, professional & experienced staff. Plus, they had hazelnut coffee (my favorite). The new pink gowns were soft and cozy. I was in and out.

4 stars for how they treat you in person.1 star for how hideous they are at scheduling or any office interactions.

Rude staff and poor customer service

I had an awful experience with this office.  I set an appointment.  I show up early.  Walk toward the door and am snapped at by a woman doing pre-checks for covid in the lobby off to the side.  Okay.  She starts talking about my procedure, id, and medical insurance. I'm not keen on any medical paperwork being done in the main lobby of the building so I'm talking quietly so she starts taliking really loudly like Im deaf.  She tells me they cannot do my appointment at the location. Okay.  Then tells me to fill out all the paperwork anyhow.  When I asked a question she goes, "You seem confused" and starts this passively aggressive condescending behavior.  I'm paying to be treated like this?  I think the F not.

Super rude! I tried to call and make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was rude and actually yelled at me. I asked to speak with someone else and was placed on hold indefinitely. Very unprofessional.
