I ran long in paying my bill for a checkup due to a switch in insurance. Dr. Anderson dropped me due to "nonpayment". When I told them I wasn't behind in anything and they agreed, they still dropped me! Per the Office Manager, "You didn't pay because you wanted to see him. It's because you needed to see him." Also, if you're a working person know that you can't be more than 11 minutes late or it's a no-show and they will drop you after two. It's also a no-show if you call to cancel/change less than two BUSINESS hours before, so don't have a 9am appointment and try to call in at 7am saying you can't make it due to work/family/etc. because there is no voicemail available after-hours and the answering service will not take the information. Also know he won't see you on his own during office visits; he has a stenographer alongside taking notes for him.
