Great team and doc! I will admit, at first I was a bit put off that I had to meet Dr. Shi’s PA before I could make an appt with her but I met with Kelly and she was great and very knowledgeable. I then scheduled a follow up visit with Dr. Shi and I am so glad I decided to have her as my primary care doc bc she takes her time to get to know a patient, she is attentive and very sympathetic and understanding. It was so easy to share my concerns and I didn’t feel brushed off like I have with other docs that are busy, and I know Dr. Shi is busy but she never made me feel like this. I also loved that they accommodate same day visits after you’re an established patient (meeting with her PA), I know no docs that do this, I’ve always had to go to Urgent Care for same day visits. 10 out of 10 recommend that you visit her practice.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shi for over 20 years, and her care and service has never wavered. Dr. Shi is thorough, caring and sensitive to all facets of my life so proper treatments and guidance can be easily managed. Couldn’t ask more from a PCP than Dr. Shi.

Dr. Shi is very knowlegable & she cares for her patients. In one sentence I can say that she a true meaning of a great physician!!

Dr. Shi is thoughtful, caring, and thorough. She listens and discusses different treatment options that yield optimum outcomes.

PFM is always spot on efficient. Great staff and service. Easy to communicate with and questions are answered usually next day. No better PCF that I know of.

She provides excellent care and listens very well. Always addressing past and current health concerns and planning proper support. She’s a relief and a comfort.

Dr. Shi is amazing! I would not hesitate to refer anyone to her. My entire family is now under her care. Thank you Dr. Shi!
