Dr Yung is a excellent Dermatologist. During a yearly routine body check he found a very small spot on my arm and said it looks suspicious. The spot was so small I didn’t notice it. However it was melanoma. Dr Yung was able to completely remove it and I’m cancer free for over a year. I see him every 3 months now

this dr does not know anything about hair loss , and all they do is prescribed corticosteroids, not good . I knew more than he did . and he wasn't very friendly, he was careless .

Called the scheduling office for appointment to be seen by the Doctor that I am patient of , due to having some bites all over the body for four days already. The office was suppose to call me back with appointment never did , call hem back hour later and was told that dr doesn’t have any appointments til next months. Really so I am suppose to walk another month with whatever codition I got on my skin and body, what happen that emergency appointment , no such a thing at this office I believe. Ridiculous .

Dr. Yung is not for everyone. He is very abrupt, aggressive, rather chaotic, and certainly overwhelming man. He walked in the exam room, stuck his finger directly in the center of my ulcerated lesion and was shocked when I cringed in pain. Totally uncalled for! Furthermore he told me I had an autoimmune disease. I asked him how he knew that.... He said my ANA panel came back positive. I told him to my understanding the labs were negative. After 15 mins of shuffling papers, he couldn't actually find the results. I finally pulled up the "My Chart" app from my phone and showed him the hospital lab results. Nope.....Turns out I don't have LUPUS after all! Save yourself a headache!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Waited for 54 minutes to see a doctor without one apology. Not ok. My time is important too. This blatant disregard of timeliness by doctors is no longer acceptable. There are choices when you select a doctor. Select one that knows how to manage a schedule and thinks that their patience time is as important as theirs is. I booked my appt 4 weeks out.. soonest they could see us.

I waited in waiting room for 50 minutes. There were several people waiting. When they took back an older woman who came in after me and then took back a woman who said her appointment was at 12:15 I asked for my paperwork back and left. My appointment was at 11:15 and I was still sitting there. Very inconsiderate to overbook and make people wait that long.
