I'd give it zero stars if it was possible.Horrible communication between staff.Front desk staff do not notify you when they schedule appointments and don't get your consent when scheduling the appointments. Then label you a no show when you aren't available for the appointments you didn't even know about.I was told I would hear from practitioners at certain dates and times, or that I was scheduled, only to later be told I was not on the schedule for that day when I called the front desk to see why.When I tried to address my frustrations with the only practitioner that would speak with me, since front desk staff were short with me, I was made to feel like I was lying or imagining being told what I was told by them.Wouldn't even listen to my side of things, only called me just to tell me what things looked like from their side like I cared.I'm trying to get help, and already had to go through bankruptcy because I couldn't afford to pay my previous therapist.If I wanted to deal with being pushed aside, triggered, and made to feel like I'm crazy, I'd talk to people that don't treat mental health illnesses.I can't believe I didn't get hired for this place, yet the current staff were.If I had been hired, I'd be the only staff member that actually knows how to properly communicate with their clients.I have an appointment that they scheduled (without my consent of course). But I don't even see the point of keeping it at this point.
