Dental 32

So Im really picky about who I let pick at my teeth. Im so happy I found Dr. Truong! I started to come here a few years ago during grad school because of the great Yelp reviews. My expectations were more than exceeded. All of the office staff were INCREDIBLE and so genuinely welcoming. The dental hygienists were some of the best Ive ever had. They truly go above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction and comfort. They offer you drinks, headphones, blankets, etc. They even give you an iPad to go through all of your teeth photos and talk you through your treatment plan. Although the location is downtown in a trendy area, they have a free parking lot adjacent to the building and street parking out front. I never had an issue with parking. I also never had an issue with wait time! I was always seen promptly at my appointment time, if not before. My cleanings and services were always really thorough as well. It didnt ever feel like they were rushing through to get to the next patient. I moved to California last year and have been on the prowl for a new dentist here for awhile now.... And let me just say that this search has definitely made me miss Dental 32. No one else compares. I highly recommend!

My husband and I found Dr. Lu and his staff after some unfortunate encounters with OKC dentists over the past few years.  In comparison to our previous encounters, these are our observations:The reception staff, from checkin to billing, are friendly, organized, and knowledgeable.  After 3 visits to the office, I have not had to wait more than 23 minutes for my appointment to begin or to check out.  High five to whomever is in charge of scheduling.  Cleaning: the hygienist gently but effectively cleaned my teeth and alerted the dentist to possible concerns relative to the health of my teeth.  Since my previous cleaning and exams at other dentists focused on the the possibility of whether I needed Botox or other upgrades, I very much appreciated the focus on my mouth instead of my forehead and wrinkles.  The Dentist: due to the abovereferenced neglect to my mouth over the past few years, I did have some issues and needed some filings and even a crown.  This was by far the most extensive work Ive had on my teeth, but Dr. Lu and his Assistant, Brittany, were gentle and did a wonderful job.  Im a giant baby when it comes to the pain, noises, and needles associated with dentistry, but Dr. Lu is gentle and stops every minute or so to ask if youre ok.  And even though I cant really hear him for the suction and drills, he tries to tell me what exactly hes doing.  Dental work is torture, but they really make it as pleasant as possible and they are reassuring and empathetic, even as I complain and make terrible faces every step of the way.  Postappointment: Someone followed up via text a few days after my appointment just to confirm i was recovering well.  I assumed the text was automated, but I actually received a reply to my response.  I think they may actually care.... After 5 years of being unhappy with other dentists, I finally feel like Ive found a keeper.

I've always dreaded going to the dentist and now I actually look forward to it. The entire staff is knowledgeable, cleanings are painless (a first for me!), And every person I've interacted with is beyond professional and friendly. VERY thankful I found them.

I’m a big coward when it comes to the dentist! I had a tooth that broke off and the other half was barely hanging on. I knew the roots would have to come out. I was very nervous. Dr. Tran and her assistant made me feel so comfortable and not nervous. They didn’t make me feel bad for being so scared. The entire staff was great! I highly, highly recommend Dental 32. They have a patient for life and I have already told my friends and will continue to recommend them. Thank you, Dental 32, for taking away the fear of the dentist!

I went in for a semi-emergency and was seen the same day. I had to get two teeth pulled, and when I asked if they were almost done with the first, they said, “Honey, we’re done with both.” I brought a book to read while I waited, but I never even needed it. If you can possibly have an amazing experience with a dentist, you won’t find it anywhere else but here.

They go out of their way to make your experience as comfortable as possible. They always ask if you're ok during procedures, knock out anxiety and their procedures are relatively painless. They are very thorough and make sure you understand what they are doing and why and line out the cost up front. No judgement from them here.

Dr. Truong and his entire staff are incredible!  Yesterday was my first visit with them and I was nothing short of impressed.  It was a class act from the young ladies working the front desk, to my hygienist Emily (at least I hope thats what her name was as Im old and very forgetful), to Dr. Truong himself.  Everyone was more than helpful, thoroughly explained everything, and were all to happy to answer all of my questions and concerns.  I highly recommend Dental 32 to everyone in the OKC area, to include greater North America and any territories therein occupied, for all of their dental health needs.  LoL.
