Dr. Michael Felz & Associates

Just checking in I'm at 5 mouth after surgery  and doing great. I was 494 lbs and now I'm at 350. So I feel like a new person. Doing more things and enjoying family &friends  agin so thank to  feiz and he's team THANK YOU FOR ALL THE SUPPORT.  LOV U GUYS

Dr Feiz is a wonderful surgeon but the billing department is a different story.  I have been harassed by these people.  Reasons why: 1) they kept losing checks that I endorsed.  2)accusing me of checks not being received. Since Dr Feiz is not a PPO, Anthem Blue Cross sends checks to me which I endorse to the staff.  I don't know why they lost the 2 checks that I endorsed to them in their office (fishy to me).  Secondly, they continually called and sent threatening letters proclaiming that other checks were missing.  I played their game for a while, meaning calling the insurance company, verifying that certain checks were indeed cashed, calling them back until I realized it did not matter.  These people had it out for me.  Could be because I did tell them that I have never seen such incompetence in any business field. Anthem Blue Cross was so concerned about the harassment that they informed the billing department to not contact me.  The billing department was only to contact Anthem directly.  This stopped the phone calls but not the trumped up allegations and their continual threating letters!  Anthem is exhausted and so am I (this has gone on over a year). Due to these problems I no longer see Dr. Feiz (unfortunate for me).   Next step better Business Bureau and then restraining order.
