Dr Thompson is the best! We moved to AL and miss him even more. He is always knowledgeable enough to give the correct diagnosis and treatment. When I had problem, he wasn't quick to send me to a specialist. He was able to take care of my situation without hesitation. Dr Thompson is the real deal.

Great been going to him since 1994. He takes the time to listen to everything that you have to say. Love him to death.

Me and my family have been receiving care from Dr. Thompson for about 30 years or more. He has been one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors I have seen. He also has a great and experienced staff on hand. They treat you like family.

O.o have been a patient of Dr Thompson's for many years. He always knows how to treat me for the condition I saw him for. He is very upbeat and positive all the time which helps if your concerned about something to ease your mind.

The doctors are awesome. They become your friends.

I absolutely love Dr. Gene Thompson. I have been seeing him for many years and no matter what was wrong with me , he knew exactly what to do . Always with kindness and smiles . DR Thompson treats me like I am family !! I don't know what I would do when he retires !

Dr. Thompson's office visit range in time of wait. Sometimes it's 15 minutes others might be over 30. However, when he does get to you, I've never been felt 'rushed' with my visit and his diagnostics have been on par. He's very congenial and does listen to what you have to say. I've been using him several years and have not major problems with his services.The rating chart given here is not really the best but out of a 1 - 10, 10 being excellent, I'd rate him and his office staff an 8.

My dad had a stroke, can't walk on his own or see, and he can barely hear and talk. He missed one appointment because transportation didnt show up and he couldn't call to cancel and they dropped him as a patient. When, like I stated, he can't SEE OR BARELY TALK. I have to make all his appointments for him and I found out he didnt make his appoinentment after I got off work. I called the very next morning and they were rude and inconsiderate. They are missing the "care" in primary care in my opinion.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS DOCTORS OFFICE.. they never keep records of your medical records.. I went a couple weeks to get my shots for school and I came back to get a print out and acting like they had no idea what I was talking about . They are so careless of your medical records... PLZ DO NOT GO HERE
