Dr. Scallan is great! She is always smiling and thoroughly answers any question! My 2 daughters have both had tubes done by Dr. Scallan, and everything went perfect both times! Neither one of my daughters had ear infections after tubes. She is great with children, I would highly recommend Dr. Scallan to anyone looking for an ENT doctor!

We had the great pleasure of meeting dr Elise Scallan last wk and we fell in LOVE with her!!! Our son is 13 and is a asthmatic, allergy patient who has been getting allergy shots for a year and half in Mississippi and we were very apprehensive about changing doctors and clinics.... well we hit the Lottery with Dr Scallan office!!! She has the best nurses, Nurse Practitioner and front office staff! I didn’t even have time to sit down when I signed in and filled out our paper work, they were ready for us( no wait.... wow!!!!) then went to the room and after only about 5 minutes the dr came in and she was so extremely friendly and knowledgeable about allergies and treatment options for our son. She even talked to him and took the time to answer his questions and make him feel comfortable ( he is only 13 years old). We are so thankful for our friend who referred us to Dr Scallan and will probably use her for life even if we find our self back in Mississippi on day, she would be worth the drive!

You better not be running a minute over the 15 min rule under any circumstances she will not see your child...make you reschedule them....it's difficult to get another appointment soon & she will discharge you from her practice for running a few minutes late & showing up for the appointment! Plus charge you a $25 fee for her choosing not to see you even if she is the one running late or behind & you have to sit and wait longer than expected for her! We aren't talking about no calling for an appointment or showing up at all but actually taking your time to be courtesy & call (you are put on extended holds and transfered) in addition to showing up for your child's appointment in person navigating through the bluebonet traffic & facility parking lot (always packed) surgery center also, waiting for the elevator, racing to the second floor with an upset toddler who doesn't feel well, waiting your turn in line to sign-in (one-line) then to be told you are two or three minutes past the deadline to be seen today! Really?? It happens to dozens of patients in Dr. Scallan's practice on a daily basis!! #ParentingWoes
