Staff is great!

From the receptionist to the doctor, they are buttoned down. Fast and efficient.

I am so thankful for the care and attention I have received through all the surgical procedures I have had performed by the medical personnel at Florida Orthopaedic Institute. I will not go anywhere else when I have an orthopaedic issue. Recently Dr. Stone performed a left APL Suspensionplasty to my left thumb and wrist to resolve many years of pain. While I am continuing to heal, Dr. Stone, Katie Hanson and their team have done an outstanding job. Empathic, thorough and always answering any and all questions I had both pre and post surgery.

Staff pay attention to what your concerns are.

This has got to be the most efficient urgent care experience of my life! Everything runs in a predictable manner and you are getting excellent care! I highly recommend going there versus the hospital if you value your time and sanity.

I’ve been here twice so far to see Dr. Jeffrey Stone. This place is awesome from the second you walk in the door. You’re greeted by a lovely and friendly lady who is so kind and directs you to where you need to go. The place is beyond clean and am so impressed with the way they have managed the social distancing. Dr. Stone is friendly and caring as is the rest of the team that I’ve met. I had went to my pain management first (which I see for my back) look at my shoulder. They gave me an injection which didn’t seem to help much. So I was referred to Dr.Stone for my carpel tunnel but decided to have him look at my shoulder instead since I was still in pain. He gave me an injection in a different location and I have been pretty much pain free since! Knock on wood. Lol. Will definitely use him for everything I need for my arm!

Dr. Michael Garcia and staff were wonderful to me, they did a great job on my broken wrist. The physical and occupational therapy dept. were amazing as well. Tracie and staff did a great job on getting me back to the way I was.

Had a wonderful experience today - from check-in to check-out. I arrived as a walk-in at 11 am and was diagnosed and treated and out the door by 1 pm. The check-in woman (sorry didn't get her name) was veey knowledgeable and helpful to everyone who walked through the door. "T", the nurse in the room was very sweet and helpful. Austin, the PA was awesome - caring, thorough, and comforting from explaining how the knee works, explaining the x-ray, and treatment. Highly recommend! They are a great team!

From the front line staff, to all of the support staff and technicians, I can’t thank FOI enough for giving me my quality of life back. My surgeon, Dr. Roy Sanders is totally AWESOME! I’ve not been able to walk without a brace for 15 years, and he has totally reconstructed my foot and ankle. It has taken a few surgeries, and an ankle replacement, but I am living proof that you can walk again after significant injury. Blessings to all who have helped me along this journey. I can’t thank you enough. Although I am still healing, every day is progress. *Nancy, you have been my “go to” person… you are the BEST!!! ❤️
