LET ME TELLLLL YOUUUUU!!!! if you want a GREAT workout, COME ON IN…they neverrrr leave you without a good sweat at Livs!!!! Dance your little heart out in a ‘club’ like feel and atmosphere, so basically the lights are dimmmm dimmm, you don’t have to feel body conscious or shy, like ur dancing in your bedroom girl!! The stage is up high so u can see all the foot work and moves and stretches etc. they make each dance short and sweet but TO THE POINT !!!! U will workout every single muscle in that body of yours!!!! I LOVE IT HEREEEE!!!!

Liv’s good is my home away from home, my happy place. When you walk through the doors it feels like family and everyone that goes has such good vibes & I look forward to my days when I’m there ❤️

I always feel welcomed and appreciated when I walk into the club. The atmosphere and coaches are fantastic. It's a workout without it feeling like one and the teas and shakes are so delicious!!!!

Okay peeps, I've been to Liv's Good Nutrition 3x now, and I'm having a blast. It's kind of like an hour long dance party. You go, they play music, you dance and sweat your ass off for an hour, and you leave feeling like you've just conquered the world! I ain't gonna pretend like I got the moves down, that's a ways off still, but it's a load of fun, and a great way to blow off some steam at the end of the day. If you get a chance, check them out, or, just come with me and my niece the next time we go!

Strange hours. Went there when they said it was open, doors were locked but music was blaring from inside. Difficult to do business with.

The best dance spot in Albuquerque !! Awesome music, routines and Lit Tea !!! Super friendly coaches and Liv is so welcoming!!!
