I am a brand new patient of Dr. Punim's. He came highly recommended by my cardiologist, my primary care and my gastroenterologist. I, at first, avoided making an appointment due to some of the negative reviews here on Yelp, but my gastro spoke so highly of him I decided to give him a try. I found him to be very pleasant, thorough and easy to talk to about my diabetes. He gave me all the time I needed and answered my questions fully and without hesitation. His responses made sense to me. My wait time was very short as well. His office staff was also pleasant on the phone and in person. I thought I was well set to renew my prescriptions from my primary care, but it turns out they had messed up my amounts and I could not renew. One call to Dr. Punim's office and I received an immediate new prescription for what I needed. The office was very clean and orderly so I'm very suspicious of some of the awful reviews already posted here. My entire experience was professionally managed and cordial and they were far easier to get assistance from than my former doctor's personnel. I think most medical people are professional and cordial so long as you treat them the same way; we are all human and if you are rude or impatient or otherwise unfriendly, you'll probably get a response equal to what you give. Just my thoughts.
