Dr. Jennifer Knox is a professional, knowledgeable and personable doctor. She has a way of making me feel very comfortable in the office. She answers all my questions and I never feel rushed during my visit. I’ve been with her many years and have always gotten the best medical care. I highly recommend her. She is the best!

As an admittedly "demanding patient" who is naturally critical of most M.D.s... The only rating you can possibly give for Dr Jennifer Knox is "excellence." That not only speaks for Dr Knox's level of skill, knowledge & experience (read her bio which is exemplary) - but her truly personal concern for her patients and down to earth personality, reminds me of the old time country Drs who actually call you personally, and really CARE. To find this level of medical AND personal care, WITH her credentials is hard to believe. Shes truly a terrific Dr and even better human being.

Dr. Jennifer Knox had been my primary care physician since 2008 and through the end of 2016. Best doctor in the West, in my opinion. She is prompt, answers questions quickly through the NextMD portal, returns calls, cares, actually LISTENS TO HER PATIENTS and is very extremely medically knowledgeable within her specialty, Internal Medicine, and as a primary care physician. The only reason I had to find another doctor in 2017 was because I had an insurance change and Dr. Knox was not in network. She is truly the best!

She is a caring and carful caregiver. You can trust her to give you an honest and expert opinion for your needs. Thank you Dr. Knox!!

Dr. Knox and her entire office are so awesome, I count myself lucky that I found this office. The flu hit me like a ton of bricks just like it hit everybody else. I called the office and left a message asking to be seen. I received a call back shortly after the office opened and I was told to come in at 11:30. I was SO relieved that I was able to be seen so quickly. I saw Dr. Knox and she answered all my questions plus I talked to her about a few pre-existing things that I have going on. I got a note for work and was told to go home and rest. In the past I have communicated with Dr. Knox through NextMD and her response time is FAST. She truly cares about her patients plus she's SMART! I hope she is my doc for a long, long time. The only negative is that since they have moved their office I now have to pay to park but it's worth it to see her.

I have to say that I think she is the greatest. I find her very pleasant, funny and very non-judgmental. It's hard to go to a doctor's appointment and dread getting a finger wagged at you. Not her. She helped me manage my health concerns. With her knowledge she always gave me options. I don't leave confused as she is happy to explain my treatment. She uses NextMd to communicate and is very responsive. Her new group doesn't have my insurance so I have to pay outright, but I have to tell her I am going to see her as long as I can. I hope this review is helpful.

Dr. Knox has been my PCP for over 6 years now. I have trusted her knowledge and professionalism on many an occasion. In other words I have entrusted her with my life. I have multiple conditions that require close monitoring and specialists. She always consults me before putting in for authorizations and is prompt to address any of my concerns during my scheduled appointments and by her nextmd online portal. She usually responds back very promptly or calls by phone. I highly recommend her and have to all family members and associates. I see her under the GNP IPA and never had difficulty setting up an appointment, and Mona her associate is on the ball and prompt to handle all things in her absence. Great find in the Newport area. Give her a office a call, you won't be sorry. Also my time is important and I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see her.
