Very attentive, caring, helpful.

I saw Dr. Soung for the first time today. She is very professional, kind, compassionate and empathetic. I chose her because one of her specialities is hair loss and she is a part of the UCI healthcare system. Although I went to see her because of hair thinning, she is interested in the "whole person", I was impressed by that. She asked questions about supplements, medications, hair products, hair styling methods and she actually looked at my scalp for redness, scaling, bumps, etc. She pulled on my hair to determine if large clumps were coming out. She offered some options and suggestions about what I can do going forward. I recommend Dr. Soung and include her in my healthcare team.

I am a relatively new patient of Dr. Soung's. I transferred my dermatological care to Dr. Sounjg as she was enthusiastically recommended by my primary physician. After two appointments I 100% understand my primary physician's enthusiasm for recommending Dr. Soung. At my fist appointment, which included a quite thorough over all examination, Dr. Soung suggested a new approach to a long-term skin issue which had not been successfully addressed by two former dermatologists. I deeply appreciate Dr. Soung's willingness to carefully listen to me, to engage with me respectfully, and to propose new approaches to old problems. Many dermatologists (it seems to me) prefer to simply address "cosmetic" issues. I have been looking for a more "medically" oriented dermatologist (I am a Senior age male) and Dr. Soung is everything I had hoped to find! I highly recommend her to others who wish a refreshing, candid, friendly, and thorough dermatologist.

I know Dr Soung for at least 4 years, since she was at UCI Gottshalk. She always take the necessary time to explain the situation and the different options. She is very precautious and always has a smile. I have psoriasis and she cleared it within few weeks. Even after she went to Santa Ana I preferred to drive 45 min to keep her as my Dermatologist.

Dr. Soung is a great doctor. She helped me overcome long term eczema. I recommend her to friends and family. I wish she was still in my medical group.

Jennifer Soung is an excellent physician. I have had a chronic dermatological problem for years, and after a year and a half of treatment, it has finally cleared up. She is additionally extremely personable and concerned. I don't know when the previous person posted the review about the staff, but I have, except on one occasion, been seen quickly and the front office staff is efficient. What they talk about is their own business. I have never noticed any particularly obnoxious music and I have been to the office maybe 15-20 times. Maybe the read the previous post and changed.
