Dr. Bargren is very thorough and takes his time in explaining what is going on. One never feels rushed. I have great confidence in him.

Dr Bargren did ACL repair, 5 meniscus tears, and a lateral release on my knees. Still able to do sports, ride a bike, hike at 72 yrs old pain free. He is a great Dr. and knows what he is doing.

Takes time to know you and understand issues. Will not do surgery if not needed. Sports med Dr. very experienced and great 👍 bed side mannerism. Had a torn meniscus 20 years ago. His partner Dr Popich did the surgery. I highly recommend Dr J Bargren!

I have been a patient of Dr Bargren for almost 20 years. He has treated me for several broken ankles, and knee pain, which included three orthoscopic knee surgeries. He is warm and informative and communicates well. My surgeries each went very well and so did my healing process. I have come to trust him as my "go-to" orthopedic guy.

Terrible experience, a total waste of time. He talked to me for all of 5 minutes and didn't listen to a word I said. He had no concern for what my symptoms were or how long I had been in pain. When he examined me he was sure to point out the stretch marks on my arm (they had nothing to do with my injury) and then he saw a red mark my bra strap made and became fixated on that, saying my shoulder pain could be from shingles. He then told me I was fine and that I could leave, no treatment plan, no nothing. I felt very dismissed and I would not go back. I absolutely do not recommend.
