I have had numerous visits with Dr. Eastern. He is knowledgeable, caring, has staff that is well trained for their jobs, and he is excellent in his treatments. Highly recommend.

I had a very good experience visiting Dr. Eastern. My appointment was at 3pm and 4:20 pm was leaving. The office workers and nurses were very pleasant ,helpful and friendly. The Dr. was professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my visit. I 'll recommend him to family and friends.

I've had a few visits with Dr. Eastern and found him professional and friendly. When my daughter returned home from school with a severe skin issue, that had been going on in different forms for months, I thought of Dr. Eastern. Dr. Eastern, his nurse and the whole office were kind and responsive. We got a same day appointment, and my daughter's problem was solved, along with a good dose of bedside manner and genuine interest in her situation. Thank you Dr. Eastern for letting me be super mom! Dr Eastern is a knowledgeable specialist that cares about his patients. I have no problem waiting a bit to see the best specialist (he’s worth the wait) he has been my dermatologist for years. I’ve came to Dr. Easter 3 times so far this month with extremely painful and ugly white pimples around my beard and chin and no other dermatologist could help me. But I’m telling you right now Dr. Easter really has some sort of magic because my face cleared up within 3 days. He is the only dermatologist that actually sat and spoke with me for what seemed like a half hour to see what the problem was then went above and beyond after I left to find a solution. Ladies at the front desk are super cool and helpful and you can call any time you want with questions. I can’t believe more people don’t know about this place these people tell everyone you know about here he will save your life!! I've been a long-time patient of Dr, Eastern, and while I am never happy with the frequent long waits to see him, I have always been most happy with Dr. Eastern's professionalism and caring. Admittedly, HE DOES spend a lot of time discussing issues with his clients, advising as to cause and remedy. I think to a large degree THIS is what makes for sometimes long waits. But I figure, do you want speed or proper treatment? Also, discussion on preventative steps (so as to avoid another visit or additional problems) can take time! He has a top-notch staff who do prod him along as much as they can, but he does take time with his patients, answering all question and performing all procedures. Disregard outdated reviews regarding wait times - that issue is much improved - and you're seeing a DOCTOR, not a PA like everywhere else. I'll wait to see a real, board-certified doctor and so should you. He's the best in the whole area, no question.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eastern's for a VERY, VERY LONG time....at least twenty years! He is absolutely top-notch....seriously none better. I will admit, there can be long waits in the waiting room, but I think this is attributed to the time Dr. Eastern affords his patients, not necessarily "overbooking". I find all but one of his staff to be friendly, and the one nurse who is less jovial, happens to be especially competent.
