My name is Benjamin Lopez. I suffered from spinal stenosis in my lumbar spine at L4, L3, L2 and S1. Fortunately for me, I had Dr. Thomas Chen, Neurosurgeon of the Keck Medicine of USC Spine Center, 1450 San Pablo St., Suite 5400, Los Angeles, CA 90033, performed Fusion surgery on my four referenced vertebrae on September 21, 2022. After the fusion surgery when I awoke, I felt my whole spinal lumbar had no longer my painful pain that I once suffered before. From that moment forward I my back was solid, and knew that Dr. Chen has successfully perfumed my lumbar fusion. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Chen's outstanding spinal lumbar fusion. I spent September 22-27, 2022 in the ICU of the Keck Medicine of USC. In the evening, I was transferred to the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit of the Keck Medicine of USC. It was in this remarkable Rehabilitation Unit that I had the great fortune to meet many great Physical Therapist (PT) and Occupational Therapist (OT) who trained me incredibly well from September 27 to October 7, 2022. The PT's I would like to give special recognition for training me in the exercises are the following staff: Jess, Yasaman, Amelia, and Jeff. Likewise, I would like to give special recognition to the following OT staff: Josh, Mireya, and Lisa. Keck Medicine of USC has many fine Nurses who helped me. Two outstanding nurses I definitely would like to give them special recognition are Yuri and Oscar.

The USC Spine Center is amazing. I am absolutely grateful that I had the opportunity to have my ACDF Surgery with them. Dr. Jeffrey Wang’s team and his surgical team were amazing. They made me feel right at home with them. This was my first surgery, so I didn’t know what would happen. But they explained everything perfectly. I am now 3 weeks in my post op and I feel amazing. I highly recommend anyone that is having spine problems to come here. I know I won’t be going anywhere else.

Had a great experience. I myself wasn’t the patient for the cataract surgery. I was the driver lol....But was impressed on how friendly the staff was from doctors to nurses....I was impressed on how fast the experience was ☺️ Was signed in by C.J. at the front desk when arrived at 5:30 am. She was amazing-she was friendly, informative, and in good spirit!!!!
