Dr Kleis is awesome..he gave me two new hips and I couldn't be happier..he is kind attentive reassuring and confident..when I first went in there I was scared to death but he made me feel so at ease and after my 1st hip gave me so much promise I knew my 2nd was gonna be a piece of cake..if any one is experiencing the worse pain imaginable and is need of a new hip I highly recommend Dr kleis at ortho ny..you will be amazed at how great you will feel afterwards

I would highly recommend Dr Kleis. He answered all of my questions when I first visited him. Needed a total knee replacement and felt very at ease knowing he would be doing the procedure. Could not have asked for a better outcome. I am now on the road to a great recovery.

This has been the worst patient care I’ve ever experienced. We had many issues with Ortho NY, but the worst is my 8 year old daughter has injured her knee so severely she cannot walk. She has been seeing Dr Kleis for this injury and I have been trying to get a return phone call from him for 3 days. How long does it take to pick up a phone and return your patients calls? I have called every single day asking that he call me back to answer care questions I have and he has not responded at all. We are not even receiving calls from a nurse or someone in his place. Horrible patient care. Find a different orthopedic practice.
