I have seen Dr. Schwartz for over a decade and he has conscientiously examined and tested me over these years. He has a solid record of my strengths and weaknesses with my eyes. He is very careful, totally professional, friendly and responsive to any issues that come up, I have total confidence in his diagnostic and treatment recommendations.

Dr. Schwartz has been my ophthalmologist for more than 25 years. He is a brilliant doctor and an empathetic person.

Just had successful cataract surgery by Dr. Schwartz. It was a breeze. The entire office staff is professional, responsive and efficient. Dr. Schwartz and Dr. Swift are consummate pros. They answered all of my questions and set reasonable expectations. I couldn't be more pleased with the surgery and the result. The procedure was performed at the Eye Institute Surgery Center. It's a top-notch center with excellent staff.

My primary care physicion recommended Dr. Schwartz when it became clear that I needed cataract care and my previous eye doctor was not a specialist in that surgery. He diagnosed the cataracts and responded quickly when they began a rapid period of growth. The options were explained clearly, and the Crystalens option was perfect for me. I recommend him highly.

If you value your eyes and time stay away. He is a machine more interest in money than you. Waking up during my eye surgery was the first problem. Somehow he completed the operation. Yesterday I saw him for dry/red eyes but I was put through 2.5 hours of tests for surgery. All I wanted was a prescription med for my dry eyes. He gave me a 10 cent sample bottle of over the counter med that I already have in my med cabinet and told me to schedule another appointment if I wanted other medication. I've had it with him.

apparently Dr Schwartz receive patients in two different locations!   I called the morning of my appointment to ask where should I go to , I mention my name, the time of my appointment and was directed to Hayes street , after getting there I was told I am in the WRONG place and I needed to be in California street!!!! that was the reason I was calling to verify!!! the receptionist called the other location and told them I am on my way and that I am running late, they said fine. after getting there I was told that they can not see me today and that I need to reschedule!!!!! uuurrrrr....I still needed to pay the parking!!!!!  will never go back!!!
