I'm not a paitent of Dr. Busciglio, however my brother-in-law Mariano is. He has had so many doctors in the last 20 years for various reasons-however Dr. Busciglio she is the only one he has ever raved about in a positive way til this day, and for as long as I have known Mariano which is 38 years. Lastly, my wife and I have two amazing daughters-our oldest is a RN the other will be a Freshman at UF this Summer and aspiring to be a Oncologist. He loves them both so much and has said he wishes how my youngest can be as good as Dr Busciglio-that is the highest compliment I have ever heard him make in reference to any Dr. or professional. On behalf of our entire family I just wanted to say thank you so much Dr. Busciglio not just in the manner, care and inspiration you have given to Mariano-the many other lives that you touched when they are most vulerable.

Dr. Busciglio has been my infectious disease doctor for several years and is the best physician I ever had! Her experience and knowledge is overwhelming! She jumps right in to treat and resolve my ongoing lung issues, where other doctors just want to wait and see. She is very proactive and high energy and gets the job done! Highly recommend! She always makes me feel like a VIP (very important patient)!

Dr Busciglio was recommended by Dr Bino Rucker at Rejuvenate-you.org. They both are amazing doctors. Dr Rucker is a doc at the performance compound in tampa. He is an ozone and iv vitamin c specialist.

The staff was quick, efficient and friendly. Doctor Busciglio was on time, professional and caring. Maybe others have found her late because she gives the patient as much time and attention as he/she needs.

Because of an emergency in my family, I missed my appointment for my daily antibiotic infusion. Felicia, the nurse on call told me there was nothing she can do about it and advised skipping the treatment or go to the ER. At the ER the triage nurse said the pharmacy was closed and I would have to be admitted to get the antibiotic and recommended to call back to the office and ask to speak to the Dr in charge, Dr. Busciglio. Once again I called the answering service to page the nurse; I called THREE times before she returned my call. I explained the ER recommendations and asked her to confirm HER recommendations to skip the treatment assuming that she had reviewed my medical history before doing so. She told me I could go at 8 am the next day. Because she sounded annoyed by my enquire she offered to have Dr. Busciglio call me back (which I had suggested several times before). Because I’m a Dr. myself I felt this was the appropriate thing to do. After waiting more than an hour for this Dr to call, my husband called the answering service to find out, to our surprise, that they found a note that Dr. Busciglio recommended skipping the treatment. Neither the nurse, the Dr in charge or the answering service called to relay this. I had shared with Dr. Flores that I would drive 45’ every day to have this treatment done at this clinic because I felt that a practice with so many Drs. and staff will support me in any eventuality. She agreed. I feel that Felicia manipulated the conversation, was very arrogant and unprofessional and Dr. Busciglio showed absolutely no interest and a total disregard for my case.

After waiting 3 months to see this doctor at this location, and confirming my appointment twice three days prior, I was told when I arrived for my appointment, that it had been cancelled without my knowledge, by Carl at the Wesly Chapel Office because I didn’t need the appointment. I have been dealing with infections for 2 years and was referred by my primary care physician. It is normal to get left on hold for half an hour minimum at a time. Prior to some surgical procedures I needed to have done, I called Dr Noel in Wesley Chapel, who I made clear I was seeing until I could get in to see dr Busciglio, and tried her for two weeks, with not one single returned call by Dr Noel or any of her staff....and I was calling daily! Stay away from this office! I have never in my life experienced such poor, uncaring, inexperienced, ineffective staff or physicians as I have at this group. I am still having infections and am still working with my PC dr to find another. They should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of care, compassion, or professionalism.
