I was nervous about going here because of the reviews but we gave it a shot. When we first arrived there is a station where they check your temp and hand out masks. However, the guy working the station was the only one without a mask. Perhaps they have a good medical reason for not wearing one, but then that person is not a good representative for mask wearing. That was strike 1.When we got into the room, the medical assistant who did the height, weight, BP, etc was not very friendly. Off day perhaps? But with some of the reviews I had read I was thinking this was par here. That was strike 2.In walks the Nurse Practitioner, Michelle. It was like the clouds parting to let the sun shine through. She was friendly, attentive, and asked questions. She really wanted to solve the problem and it showed. She either really does care or she is deserving of an Oscar. Either way, she knocked it out of the park.We definitely found the right place for our daughter.!
