Incredible urgent care experience! I usually dread any urgent care visit but this will absolutely trump any visit I've ever had. Tiffany from the front desk was incredibly sweet at check-in and super patient with me. She understood exactly what I needed and was able to get me in less than 5 minutes!! Carlos was the RN who helped take my vitals and ensure I was taken care of till the very end. He then brought in Dr. Ghasemi who I could tell was very knowledgeable and even advised me to not take antibiotics when I thought I needed them. Thank you MemorialCare of Irvine, you are awesome!

1 minute wait time for my son to be seen for a deep cut and stitches. We were seen by Al who was friendly and reassured us that we will be taken care of. The doctor (Ario Angha)was amazing. He cleaned the wound and stitched it up quickly and pain free. We were very happy with the care.

I want you to know that I have changed my review because of rhyne aimslie!!! Who is Administrative director for the clinic that I went to. we had a long discussion. she was one of the best communicators I've dealt with during this episode. I went from being in upset to having a professional discussion about some of the affects covid is playing on her clinic! things i realized are due to cutbacks. I hope you will take care of her! she is an amazing professional and deserves more than she is getting now! Rhyne I want to thank you for your assistance and going beyond to make things right! previous review! I am with Johnny who is a Disabled adult that is having issues and we had an appointment to be seen but we had to come early, because he was feeling worse! apparently even though they have walk-ins posted for all day today, there are NO doctors available until 3 pm!!! it is now 12:50!! Apparently they're all in a meeting and could come couldn't come out to help him!!! I am now having to take him to a hospital because of their incompetence!!! It's amazing facility return turn around I'm disabled person because some doctors in some stupid meeting but you know I just work just hope that the people that read this decide to go elsewhere that this service here now will not help you on Wednesdays so just to let you know

Dr. Ario Angha after I told him I had all the symptoms of giardia including severe stomach cramps just prescribed me Imodium. After waiting more than 2 hours he prescribed Imodium which I could have bought over the counter. Giardia stomach cramps only goes away with antibiotics unless you want the patient to suffer 2 weeks for those symptoms to slowly go away by themselves. Incompetent doctors at this urgent care. Very unfortunate when your primary doctor is not available and you have to deal with such inexperienced so called doctors.

Mom vomiting for hours with stomach pain and I finally convince her to let me take her to this UC. With vomit trash bag in tow, we go down there just to have someone literally run in front of us around 8:40p and the lady takes forever and then comes and says he has the last appt because they are 15 min appts. IT SAYS NOTHING ABOUT THIS ONLINE. Going to UC for YEARS! I said so you're just going to leave my mom vomiting. She said you need to go to ER. They didn't even try to have her seen. Says closes at 9p so you should be seen as long as you are within the doors by 9p. USELESS.
