I've been taking my grandmother to Merit for her dental needs and the staff is amazing. Great atmosphere and great people.

I have nothing but the highest praise for all the employees at Merit Dental. From the courteous reminder calls the day before each appointment, to the warm welcome at the front desk, the support staff is terrific.I received a fantastic care from Dr. Habib Ghorbaniparvar, who has recently left the practice. He was a kind and caring man.Fortunately, I am now under the care of Dr Dan Hagigi, who is also warm and personable and very professional. Gina, one of the dental assistants, is consistently thorough, very knowledgeable, and a kind and caring person.I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I have been coming here for many many years. Dr Thomas has been outstanding, but more importantly, stands behind his work. I'm the type of person w the odds against me if in a situation where something could go either way. With my last root canal, he was a man of his word and did right by me. You usually don't come across this type of loyalty with anyone in the medical field honoring this type of character. Another highpoint is the one stop crown installment as opposed to return appts for fittings and temporaries. The staff is ever so nice and happy to see you walk in. I always look forward to the paraffin wax hand bath, the warm neckroll, and enjoy watching a movie during a long treatment. It keeps your mind off of what is going on. Yes, I would definately recommend Merit Dental in Strongsville, OH!

I am a hard patient to work with due to anxiety at the dds. The ladies did a great job keeping me comfy and getting the extensive work done quickly. I was impressed!

My last appointment was a 'Crown' procedure on my upper molor. As usual, the support staff was exceptional. Dr. Mario made the whole experience, lighthearted and very pleasant! Thanks again to everyone @ 5 Points Dentistry!
