I struggled for years on the decision whether or not to go forward with an elective surgery. 13 years ago, my mom walked me into a plastic surgeon's office for said procedure and we left without booking a second appointment. I knew that when/if I was ready, I had to feel at least 99% confident with my doctor.April 2020, I was in the midst of training for my first bodybuilding competition. The pandemic was becoming an unavoidable distraction. What perfect timing to get plastic surgery, right? :) A pro bodybuilder on the team shared with me her very flattering results post-surgery with Dr. Rossi. So, I made my list of pros/cons. The result: 18 pros to 18 cons(!)I booked a virtual video consultation with Dr. Rossi. He addressed all of my 18 cons with utter patience and compassion. If I was going to do this, now was the time and Dr. Rossi was going to be my surgeon.A couple nights before my surgery date, I was having last-minute anxiety. I communicated this via text to Dr. Rossi. He called me back within the hour...while he was on vacation with his family!Words cannot express how appreciative I am of Dr. Rossi's genuine empathy; it is inherent in his patient care. Dr. Rossi's high standards for detail reach far beyond the scope of his latest 3-D software and surgical tools; his keen awareness of his patients' holistic well-being touches hearts and will never be forgotten. When I showed up to Dr. Rossi's office after an emotional event, he invested the time and energy to ask the right questions, listen and show a very human level of support.From beginning to end, Dr. Rossi displayed a sincerity for his craft, passion for perfection, fine active listening skills, and a laser intuition for what had to be done. He made what could've easily been an uncomfortable process comfortable and even enjoyable :)I am ever grateful that I chose to put my trust in Dr. Rossi and his wonderful team and I truly couldn't be happier with the results and care that I received!

I cannot say enough about this doctor and his staff, from the first phone call to the post op visits this has been an AMAZING journey!!!! Dr. Rossi and his staff are the BEST. I wanted not just a Tummy Tuck, but the Snatched waist look... well I got exactly that, my stomach is so flat and my waist is TINY. Dr. Rossi is not only a Brilliant Surgeon but he specializes in Body Contouring and trust me this IS what you want. My results are staggering. Dr. Rossi listen's to what you want and he delivers, he cares about his patients, he's the only doctor I have known to give you his personal cell# so you have direct access to him 24hrs a day you are never alone. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made, I will not go to any other Plastic Surgeon. If you are interested in having a procedure done do yourself a favor and add Dr. Rossi at Changes Plastic Surgery and Spa as part of your research process and I guarantee you will be as blown away as I am. I am so pleased with my results and with my experience with Dr. Rossi that I reached out and asked his office to help me find where to leave online reviews! Dr. Rossi inspires confidence. For me, this was very important. I am a mother of 3 young children and I had been putting off having my 14 year old silicone implants replaced because I was nervous about having "elective" surgery (though, really, it was medically necessary) and because I was dreading the down-time. Dr. Rossi was candid about the procedure, but helped me understand how I could also minimize the downtime. I felt like a partner with him in my procedure from the beginning. We decided (and it truly felt like a joint decision), to replace the old implants with new, similarly-sized silicone implants, together with a partial lift. I was also concerned about my abdomen after 3 pregnancies. Two other surgeons had recommended full tummy tucks, but Dr. Rossi suggested I try the more conservative approach of liposuction on my abdomen and flanks to remove the last bit of stubborn fat from my otherwise slender frame. The surgery went very well and Dr. Rossi removed all remnants of the original implants. He used the original surgery entrances, so I was not left with new scars. Dr. Rossi answered all of my questions before and after the surgery. He also assisted me in my goal of limiting the use of narcotic painkillers to less than 48 hours. After that, I was able to achieve relief with over-the-counter painkillers and I returned to driving and work sooner than I expected. Overall, the surgery was much less painful and my recovery seemed much shorter than the surgery 14 years earlier! And I am so happy with the results! Dr. Rossi is not only an experienced surgeon using the latest technology and techniques, but a caring medical professional who sees and treats the whole patient.

First, let me start off by saying this may be the third review I’ve ever left in my life. I’m compelled to write one because not only is Dr Rossi an amazing surgeon and person, my results are far beyond my expectations!! I was referred to Dr Rossi by a friend, after she knew I had already received several consultations in Scottsdale, Arizona, where I live. She asked me to please just come and see him, that he was amazing! I had already decided on a surgeon in Arizona but I said I would go anyways. From the moment the consultation started, I knew there was something different and unique about Dr Rossi. He has such a unique approach, one that no one else had spoken to me about. His attention to detail is impeccable and he truly treats each patient individually, there is not a one size fits all with him! By the time we were done, the decision was made, I wanted Dr Rossi to be my surgeon for a full mommy makeover, lift, implants, tummy and lipo. My husband met Dr Rossi the day before my surgery. My husband thought I was crazy for going to San Diego for surgery. After we all met I asked my husband what he thought, and he said, “I love him, I want him to do something to me!! I am so happy he is doing your surgery and I feel so comfortable with him.” (Surgery FREAKS my husband out!!). My results are amazing-like Dr Rossi told me, trust in the process and I have never questioned that. At any time during the entire process, Dr Rossi was always available to answer ANY questions I had! As time goes on, it just looks better and better!! I would highly recommend Dr Rossi to anyone, believe me, he is the best!!!

The entire process of my breast augmentation and liposuction completely exceeded my expectations. Dr. Rossi made me feel comfortable and explained everything in great detail, leaving me feel confident and excited for the results. The recovery was much easier than I had expected and my scars are almost nonexistent. It is clear Dr. Rossi is passionate about what he does. I have referred friends and family members to him knowing they will also get the best possible care. I am absolutely amazed with my results and could not be happier. If you are searching for a talented, compassionate, and professional surgeon, Dr. Rossi is a leader in the field.

Best Surgeon EVER! I am willing to bet, you won't find a better surgeon. Dr. Rossi did my mommy makeover and I really can't believe my results. I was super nervous and he made me feel more comfortable than I could ever imagine. I saw another surgeon for a consult and after seeing him , I changed my mind and didn't want to have surgery. I was scared and felt uncomfortable, but after meeting Dr. Rossi, he completely changed that. He made the whole experience such a positive one for me. I would do it again in a heartbeat; only with him of course. Once you meet him, you will see what I'm saying. He cares for his patients like I've never seen any doctor care for a patient before. He is extremely skilled and meticulous about his work. You can tell how detail orientated he is and how much thought he puts into his work because he is so passionate about it. A big concern for me too was not looking fake and he was very skilled in the natural look. He wanted what I wanted and never had his own agenda. He truly is a gem. I'm very thankful to have found him and I would travel far to see him if I needed surgery in the future. If you are considering a tummy tuck post pregnancy, don't feel bad about it being "cosmetic". It really shouldn't have this air of shame around it. Dr. Rossi understood that I wanted to feel good and not just look good. He gave me my pre-pregnancy body back and I am forever grateful for him. I seriously feel so good. I feel like myself again. Thanks Dr. Rossi!!!!!

I cannot express adequately with words how grateful I am for the caring artistic approach of Dr. Rossi. I never dreamed that I would be a person who would explore having any work done on my body. For over 20 years I lived as an extremely overweight woman and when my son turned 18 I realized I needed to make a drastic change in my life. The realization that the person I was on the inside was not what others saw or even I saw when I looked in the mirror made me embrace changing my life.After having spent a year completely changing my diet, putting daily activity and exercise into my life and working with a personal trainer I made a drastic change not only in my weight but felt like I became the real me. The problem was that in losing over 100 lbs, while I never felt better, my body did not reflect this. I spent some time being discouraged, yet realized that this could be fixed too! I was extremely nervous to have a mommy makeover yet knew that it was something I needed to pursue and that I deserved it. There is not one moment I regret this decision.Not only am I so pleased with my results, I was so thankful that Dr. Rossi always made time to speak with me to answer any questions and concerns. My journey is not done as I have a few other areas that I am lucky to have Dr. Rossi help me with. He really cares about his patients and his art and it shows!

As a medical clinical specialist myself, I spend a CONSIDERABLE amount of time with physicians. Dr. Rossi is honestly one of the most considerate and empathic physicians I have ever come across. These attributes, along with his surgical precision, artistic eye, and progressive nature made choosing him to do preform my breast lift, implant revision and liposuction one of the easiest decisions I have made in a long time. My only regret is that I did not find him and have my surgery done sooner. Should you choose to schedule a consult with Dr. Rossi, you will find him to be incredibly thorough about your wishes and expectations. One of the most outstanding (and unique) qualities is that he really looks at YOU and your whole body. He explained to me that he spends hours the evening prior to your surgery carefully studying your "before" photos and countless measurements taken to create and visualize your entire surgical procedure and outcome. That is not just a fantastic surgeon, but a true artist. I could go on and on, but I will summarize by saying that I am EXTRAORDINARILY thrilled with the results. I have not felt this comfortable and confident in my own skin since my early 20's. Oh - one more thing! I traveled from CO to have Dr. Rossi do my consult, pre-op, surgery, and post-ops. He is worth the distance!
