This was my first time with Memorial Health Care and i could not have been any happier! I have CRPS, so finding proper care is rough. Most doctors do not want to deal with me. I unfortunately was late to my appointment. I was struggling to walk with my walker. The nurses were so kind and concerned and got me a wheelchair right away. I explained to them my appreciation but explained due my my disability I can not push myself. They did not hesitate to arrange to take me to my appointment. When in my room waiting, I thought I would be there for awhile, nope, I was waiting for less than 5 min!!! Who can ever say that! When Michelle Cooper walked in, she introduced herself and apologized that she would only be able to spend 15 minutes with me as she has a meeting she has to attend to. How awesome is she! I am the one who was late and late I mean probably about 20 min, and she is the one apologizing to me?!?! She then started going over my concerns and what she can do for me that needed to be addressed today and then we could schedule another appointment to catch up on what we missed because I was late. She went over almost everything in my history and made sure I was set up with different specialist that needed to address my other disease issues. AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATER, she had another doctor come in to clarify something with my medication. Then after she made sure we went through a thorough history, set up my referrals, refilled my medication, prepared paperwork to submit to the dmv, she then apologized again for having to get to her meeting that she was already well late for. I have never in all my life felt so well taken care of and cared for like a human being! I wish I would have found her years ago! I can't express how much I appreciate her kindness, thoroughness, patience, and understanding. I now fill hopeful about my future! Thank you!!
