My son's appointment was with Dr. Christopher Lee, our visit was very thorough as well as professional. Dr Lee took the time explain the diagnosis and I also received a call before the 7 days was up to receive my sons' test results.

The patient experience was very nice. Polite receptionists. Handled efficiently. They would benefit from having an electronic sign-in process rather than paper but it’s OK. Dr Beckett was very professional and communicative. She answered all my questions. I never felt rushed in the process. Very nice experience overall.

I actually saw Dr. Lee at the Germantown location as I went to the wrong location. Dr. Lee graciously saw me even though I was at the wrong place! I have been seeing Dr. Lee for over 10 years and he is always very professional, thorough, and very kind. I always feel like I'm in very good hands. Thank you!
