During my one visit and follow-up telephone call with Dr. Gandhi he seemed competent. Internal office communication between he and the staff left much to be desired. During my visit Dr. Gandhi recommended follow-up blood work in a month and that he would provide a prescription for this. The results of this follow-up would decide whether a biopsy was necessary. The office staff did not get that message and drew blood for an immediate test and did not know about the prescription. Next the office kept calling to schedule a biopsy not understanding what had been discussed with the Dr. When I did the follow-up blood work as previously decided I did not hear from Dr. Gandhi until over two weeks later and then only when I sent an email regarding the status and the results. Not feeling very comfortable with this practice. Wait time below includes both prior to seeing the doctor and after getting the initial miscommunication cleared up
