I would and have recommended Paspa. Kristen is a wonderful physical therapist who provides individual attention and a detailed care plan. Paspa is transparent with their pricing (not something I can say about any of the other NYC PT locations I’ve tried). Nicki is very helpful with scheduling appointments.

Hugo at Paspa is thorough, knowledgeable and kind. The team is upbeat and the space is light filled.

Pam Paspa is very knowledgable and uses various approaches to alleviate my particular issue. She has also given me excellent exercises to do at home, which have really helped. The treatment is professional, personal, and caring. I highly recommend Paspa Physical Therapy.

I'm not rushed while doing my exercises and my treatments are helping me to increase my range of motion at a reasonable pace. Kristen T. makes sure my movement is controlled so I don't aggravate my injury more. She's very thorough and professional. I'm glad I was referred to Paspa PT !

Have had a great experience so far at Paspa. My pt Hugo has been amazing and provided clarity and as a result eased my fears and regaining mobility and returning to my active lifestyle.

They have provided me with very effective and tailored PT , which changes as I have progressed over time. A great place to work with to address one's issues.

Got a referral for Papsa so went in for an eval with Kristen. She is amazing - asked the right questions and created a plan for me to work on my issues. I am happy with her - very attentive and caring.
