Dr. Helreich is a great Doctor. He is very kind and funny and he really cares about his patients. The Ladies that work in his office are wonderful too. They are very busy but take time with you and have great bed side manor. I fly from the Big Island every 3 months for him to check to make sure the Melanoma I had doesn't come back.. When my test results came back from a biopsy He did it was diagnosed to be Melanoma. He called me right away to tell me and He helped find a Dr. To remove it here on Big Island and went outf his way to call the Head of West Hawaii Community Clinic to make sure I was taken care of. I'm really grateful for all he does for me. I feel that he saved my life. I highly recomend him and all his years of experience. Dr. Helreich is a great Doctor. He was recommended by a friend Very responsive private clinic. A bit old school but it's the doctor that matters. Best treatment plan I got after seeing 4 different doctors. Good bedside manners and good listener. Of course on a busy day you feel little rushed but it is what it is He shows he has experience with many illnesses. Other doctors knows him. Best Doctor awards all over his clinic wall. If you ask me is he good doctor, I would say "Hell-Reich, Yeah!'.

I really liked all the people at Dr. Hellrich's office. From the front staff to the Dr! everyone was great and very compassionate. Dr. Hellrich tried about everything for me, including Dupixent! I only changed dermatologist because the office is too far, for now.... Thank you EVERYONE!!!

Best dermatologist I’ve ever been to, only one who knows how to cure my rare skin condition. So lucky to have seen him. Such a sweet smart doctor. Been going to him off and on since my teen acne years.

I found Dr. Hellreich to be very knowledgeable, caring and he’s funny as @$$”#! He took the time to find out what was going on and explained in detail the causes and what could be done. He made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed at all. The receptionist at the desk was lacking a personable attitude, don’t know if she was having a bad day or what! The one that helped in the back was great (she’s been working with the doc the longest), she had me laughing in spite of the shot she was giving me. All in all, a great appointment. My 13 yr. old went to see Dr. Hellreich for acne issues. He was very thorough, personable and really put my son at ease with the care plan he provided. The office staff are awesome as well! Would highly recommend.

EFFECTIVE & EFFICIENT. Dr. Hellreich has been our family dermatologist for over 7 years. His front office staff is kind & efficient at getting appointments, greeting patients,& billing in a timely manner. Dr. Hellreich is effective in treating three family members, including one with psoriasis. His patient manner is kind, knowledgeable & engaging.
