Fabulous Doctor I have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Nguyen. She is hands down the best gastroenterologist that I have ever worked with. She has great bedside manner; very good at providing all the relevant information to ensure that I was comfortable with the procedure. She was able to quickly identify the issue and promptly developed a plan to resolve my issues. Her staff is very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this doctor to any one!

Wonderful Empathic Doctor Dr. Nguy?n has been performing endoscopic ultrasonic evaluations of my pancreas for eight years because I have a genetic predisposition for pancreatic cancer. She is professional and thorough in her examinations as well as empathic in her discussions with me and her recommendations.

When other doctors prescribed drugs for the rest of my life, Dr. Nguyen found the problem and promised to "fix" me. After recent surgery, I feel like a new person. She treated me like I was special and not just another patient. Still under her care for awhile and feel so lucky.

I had a great experience with Dr Nguyen. She came and discussed my procedure prior to going in and had the knowledge and comfort I needed. She was the only doctor who found out why my pancreas was in trouble for my third bout of acute pancreatitis. I would highly recommend her.

All Around Awefu Could not be unhappier with Dr. Nguyen. Our appointments were very rushed, and she did a poor job of explaining my condition. 4 endoscopies, 2 gastric emptying studies, 2 barium swallows, a 24-hour pH study, an esophageal nanometer test, a hiatal hernia repair, and a fundoplication procedure — all for zero improvement in my symptoms. I showed up for one endoscopy and literally on the day of the appointment, right as I’m about to go under, she tells me the procedure is not covered by insurance. Are you kidding me? Plus her office is very flaky. I repeatedly had to hound them to send paperwork or make phone calls to insurance and on 2 separate occasions they took 3 months to get back. Really terrible service all around for an institution of Hoag’s esteem

Horrible office My father saw doctor Nguyen back 2019 and now I tried to schedule appointment back on May and nobody reached back to me, it’s horrible with the office. I’m been calling 2 months straight and nobody returns the call. My father needs to have this done asap. Office is horrible, they don’t even care about patient at all

Havenot seen her yet I have been waiting for four months to get a call from her office. No one calls back. I called and called and called.

I met Dr. Nguyen two weeks ago when I had a procedure on my pancreas.. hadn't met her before that. I was not impressed with her at all. Her bedside manner needs a lot of work. I found her to be arrogant & not caring. After the procedure I was told she didn't talk to my husband regarding what she did & I got to talk to her on the phone (very quickly & could hardly understand or hear her). I was told my results would be back in 3-5 days. I still haven't heard from her. No caring from her.
