I would like to recognize Indy for helping me transition dad to a new home and moving him was a huge challenge to me. I needed huge help from Indy on what exactly to do and how to move him in the smoothest possible way. Indy listened and understood all our needs were and she found a home that is truly perfect for dad. She's very caring, trustworthy, and can get the job done and right! In the event that I needed more help, I will go back to her! Thank You Indy- dad is happy in the new home to keep him safe and comfortable!!

A few years ago I was fortunate enough to receive a referral from Kaiser for Indy. The minute I contacted Indy, I knew I was in great hands. Indy immediately scheduled tours for my mom. I felt she selected facilities where she would be willing to have her parents live. Indy definitely has many great resources.She always made herself available for any and all questions or concerns.Not only did Indy assist my mom, she identified a facility for our dear friend. To this day, I continue to highly recommend Indy to my family and friends who are caring for their parents.Unfortunately my mom recently passed, but with Indy's assistance, my mom passed with the greatest caregivers and hospice staff at her side. This definitely helped considering we were not allowed inside the facility during covid lockdown.Thank you Indy for all you did to keep me sane and for helping to place my mom in a great home. Couldn't have done it without you.

I recently went through a very hard time with my grandpa. He fell in the bathroom when he was home alone, and after he was brought to the hospital, the social worker told me that it wasn't safe for him to return to his house. I'm his closest relative, so to say that I was overwhelmed and worried is an understatement. The social worker gave me the name of Placement Helpers, and I had to come and write about how wonderful my experience was with them. The woman who helped me made me feel reassured from our very first conversation on the phone, and when she visited grandpa and me at the hopsital, she was so patient and comforting. After asking some questions about what grandpa's needs would be, she helped me and my sister find a wonderful assisted living facility for him, only a few miles from my house. She took us on a tour, introduced us to the administrator, and made us feel like we had someone on our side, a partner in all of this turmoil. It's exactly what we needed. Grandpa has been at his new home for almost a month now, and every time I visit him he is happy. I can't thank Placement Helpers enough for everything they did for me and my family. And their services were free! I would recommend Placement Helpers to anybody who is looking for a new living situation for their elderly loved ones. They will totally help you through it. Thank you!
