The best medical care I have ever received. All staff involved very kind and compassionate, including Dr. Carlson and physician's assistant. Absolutely wonderful! I usually have to wait a bit but when its my turn, they take their time with me and are very thorough. So I dont mind waiting! I am very thankful for them!!

The doctors here are very wonderful. I personally see Kari Ann and she is amazing. She takes the time to really listen to you and help you with any problems that you might have. I would definitely recommend her.

The previous reviews seem quite harsh. I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Staff is helpful and professional.The only primary I've ever had who has a counselor on staff. She is amazing and has meant more to my health than I can express.Five stars.

Listens to what you have to say. you do have to talk to your doctor in order for him to work with you. He is very interested in his patients heath and keeping them in the best shape possible. Is the best primary doctor I ever had and I am a senior.

9/27/19 - I'm amending my review from last year, and changing from 5 stars down to 3. My boyfriend and I normally see KariAnn and she's absolutely wonderful, but the front desk always seems understaffed (always at least a 5-minute wait to schedule anything) and sometimes don't seem to know what they're doing. I recently asked for an appointment with our PA at the Sheridan Dr location, and they instead scheduled it with the MD at the Grand Island location, which is NOT what I asked for. They confirmed the date and time at the end of the phone call, but NEVER told me they scheduled me with a different person and at a different location. We happened to find out because my boyfriend called them for an unrelated reason the day before the appointment.9/15/18 - We've never had to wait too long and the physician's assistant we saw was very attentive and interested in my boyfriend's symptoms.

I am very happy with Dr. Carlson's expertise and trust him with my care, overall. However, Dr. Carlson does not respect my patient right to choose which provider I use for such services as a gym or medical equipment. He seems to have a link with adjacent services and has pressured me to use only them on several occasions, including instructing his staff to "walk me over" to one of them against my will. Also, prescription faxes are always super slow to reach my pharmacy.

This practice has gone down hill. Hold times are insane, you can’t get a straight answer from anyone, The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. The only reason they received two stars from me.. is because the Nursing staff is AMAZING.
