I was greeted with professionalism at the front desk. Beautiful office, very clean and all we’re practicing Covid safety precautions. Dr. Zundel’s nurse, Lisa greeted me. She could not have been more lovely. Very patient and calming. She listened and then told me Dr. Zundel will be right in, which he was. Very professional, I immediately felt I was in the right hands of this Doctor. He listened to me and validated my concerns. He put out a plan and this is the first doctor that has done this. I am eternally grateful to be his patient and I look forward to my journey to the answers and treatments that I know are out there for my condition. Thank you Dr. Zundel and Lisa. I was late because I thought my appointment was in the Bellevue office and when I called, the staff was super understanding and they accommodate me when I arrived to the Issaquah location. All of them were super professional.

Dr. Zundel is fantastic! He is a great clinician and surgeon. But also Lisa deserves 10 stars for what she does to run the clinic! She really keeps everything flowing and goes above and beyond to make sure patients get the information they need!
