THANK YOU DR.JACKSON FOR ALL YOUR HELP. SHE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. SHE WAS MY ACTING DOCTOR AFTER I HAD A STROKE. SO CARING, ITS BEEN 9 MONTHS & I STILL THINK OF HOW CARING SHE WAS. WISH SHE WAS MY PRIMARY BUT HER FACILITY DIDNT TAKE MEDI-CAL.

I think Dr. Jackson had some unfortunate reviews from the previous people that she had working for her, but since meeting her in July 2018 and seeing her again in August, she has a willingness to listen and be empathetic and answer any questions you may, a true sign of a professional and a caring human being. Yes, we have to wait for appointment these days, but her staff is doing an effective job caring for her patients and are professional people too. I'm not sure where the last one star reviewer went for her appointment, but this office is efficient and approachable and I have only received excellent care from Dr. Jackson and her staff.

Dr. Jackson is GREAT - super thoughtful and thorough. The building is a bit hard to navigate as a disabled person (the elevator is VERY small and there are no chairs in the waiting room without arms). I've also been told by several people that the PA is really difficult to work with, but I'd recommend Dr. Jackson herself wholeheartedly.

Dr Jackson is an amazing doctor with an amazing personality who loves her patients. I would trust her with my family or friends!!! The best part is her Telemedicine service where she can see you from home.

On both of my visits, my impression was WOW. She is a very nice doctor and I feel glad to have found her. I trust and respect her decisions. I didn't feel rushed and I really felt like she wanted to help with my problems. I have in the past had doctors I didn't feel comfortable with, but Dr. Jackson gives me a feeling of relief. My last 2 doctors both retired so Dr Jackson's young age is a real plus for me....
