Dr. Freeberg, along with his team at Christus, saved my life. He is a brilliantly skilled cardiology interventionist with a down-home bedside manner. Dr. Freeberg is humble. kind and friendly. One would never know that behind his friendly personality is a physician who was trained at one, if not the, best centers in the U.S. for cardiac care... I am forever grateful to him and thank God for our crossing paths.

Dr. Freeberg and his cath lab team saved my life shortly after daybreak in September of 2020. I had a heart attack from a totally occluded right coronary artery and was stabilized enough at our local E.R. to be flown to Christus Trinity Mother Frances, Louis and Peaches Owen Heart Hospital in Tyler, TX where, unbeknownst to me, Dr. Freeberg and his team awaited my arrival. Before they began their work, I lay awake as I watched this talented group of healthcare professionals move about like a well-orchestrated ballet as they prepared to treat me. Dr. Freeberg and his team made me feel at ease, assuring me they would take care of me. A short time later, I woke up in recovery, able to breathe, free of pain and my health restored. Dr. Freeberg is a brilliantly skilled cardiologist who has a sincere interest in his patients and, a great bedside manner to boot. He has a down-to-earth style in talking with his patients. I would give more "stars" if I could... Thank you Dr. Freeberg.

Dr. Freeberg was very easy to talk to. He had a way of explaining a very complicated situation easily. I went to him for a second opinion about ongoing chest pain. He was able to fix a blockage that I was told was un-fixable and since then have been back to my usual self.
