I fell off a railing and busted my forehead open.. was rushed to ECMC in an ambulance and had to wait about an hour and a half to be seen (on a Saturday). Once I was taken in, I received some of the best care that I've ever had. The staff was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful - thanks Tony and Amanda! The facility itself was also super clean and inviting. They took great care of me, ran diagnostics, stitched me up, and sent me on my way.I thought I fell hard cracking my head open... but I think I fell harder in love with ECMC.

Long story short, finally met with Derek Lynch in the ER. He immediately made us feel comfortable, even laugh. He explained the problem in understandable medical terms. He presented options and got us on our way. Wish every dr had the personality and patience of Derek Lynch!!

I was impressed at the information sessions on Kidney Transplant. I have found that every person I meet doesn't matter what department they are from they are so nice & Happy Face. I got my Kidney there 3 years ago, thanks to them I am still here!

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and they stepped up and made me so comfortable. I needed an infected tooth pulled and they got it out with barely any pain. I needed more numbing than normal but the Dentist handled it like a pro. The staff was so nice and were not mean or condescending and respected my fear. All in all I was there for an hour and 12 minutes from start to finish. 10/10 recommend.

I experienced WONDERFUL care and treatment for outpatient surgery! From the registration to transport to my car. EVERY PERSON was so pleasant and caring. The entire process ran as smoothly as a fine clock. They made be feel very comfortable and took away all my concerns. My gratitude highest regards to all your amazing staff!! Thank you!

Very good hospital for a knee replacement surgery.everybody was very nice.I liked Jeff and the nursing staff on the 6th floor were very good.I gave ECMC 5 stars.

When I was Ill and had kidney stones the doctor's were great. Staff was freindly and attentive. Emergency room is very busy but the attendants were helpful.

ECMC has seriously stepped up their game in recent years. I do everything & anything I need to through ECMC
