Dr Heinisch is very patient and kindly treat my issues even it is small.

I highly recommend Dr. Heinisch who I saw, for the first time, about a year and a half ago. She is caring, warm and patient and helped me, tremendously, with the skin issues I had. She prescribed a new medication for me, related to an issue I've had since childhood. The medication I'd been using worked somewhat, however the new prescription worked really well and relieved the symptoms much more quickly. Dr. Heinisch also diagnosed another issue and provided me with treatment options that helped to quickly resolve the issue. I am certain she sensed my initial concern which was alleviated by her professionalism and kind reassurance. I will continue to see Dr. Heinisch when/if the need arises as I trust her and had a positive experience. Her staff is also great.

Had a skin fungal problem and keratosesDr Heinisch was gracious, courteous, warm, professional and thorough. The office staff from check in with Ciara to Med Assistant Christie an altogether agreeable first visit.

She actually cares, and really tries to help.  I'm so impressed.  She was punctual, and spent about 20 minutes with me.  She asked really good questions, and honestly listened.  She was kind.  She froze off a spot that had been bothering me for years right then -- another dermatologist had told me some years ago there was nothing she could do unless I came to her cosmetic practice (out of pocket).   Well-worth my $55 co-pay and time.  I would recommend her for sure!

She was thorough and took extra time to answer my questions. She also took the time to advise me and to write the correct referral.

I see her for my cystic acne she asks a lot of irrelevant personal questions like where i work, where i go to school , what my goals interests are . that are completely inappropriate, which can be very agitating. I felt like she was trying to judge my mental competence. Another complaint i have is I've told her repetitively i have no active partner i don't have sex ! I use oral contraceptives for acne and period regulation, she still asks me every visit if im pregnant, she's incompetent
