Im from Central California and I travel 7 hours to be seen by Dr Reddy. With no rheumatologist in our area that have a year wait time to get in, she got me in immediately and has been treating me for 5 years now. Jolene in the office is always very helpful with everything and responds to my emails very regularly even on the weekends when I don’t expect an answer. i have been seeing Dr Reddy through video calls through the Covid pandemic and if she’s not available one of the PA’s is always willing to help. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Reddy is an angel! Went to her for the rheumatoid arthritis I have had since I was 3 years old.  Dr. Reddy ordered a MRI and lab work.  The MRI indicated the I had a cancer growth on a kidney .  Had it not been for Dr. Reddy and her aggressive interest in treating me, it never would have been found.  I am so thankful and grateful to her.  I tell Dr. Reddy that she is My Angel!  I have observed the staff, and they are  very wonderful, helpful and work well with the patients and each other.  Patrick is the best Physician's Assistant and he is very thorough!  Jolene (Office Manager) goes above and beyond.  She is the very best there is and treats me like a queen!  I am so stoked that I have found a stellar doctor and excellent office staff that genuinely cares about me and my health.  I am so grateful to each of the these special individual's and how they have touched my life, each in their own special way.  I know that I have truly been blessed!

Remarkable level of care!  I have been a patient of Dr. Reddy for 10 years.  During that time she and her incredible staff have been a tremendous help in managing my RA.  Dr. Reddy is extremely knowledgeable, educating me over the years about this disease.  She has worked with me to find the right medication while gently suggesting dietary corrections - which REALLY work!Jolene is AMAZING!!!  I have not been an easy patient.  I am a general contractor with a busy schedule.  Jolene has "squeezed me in" more times than I deserve.  She has worked with me through multiple insurance changes over the past decade - and has done it with a smile!  I cannot imagine trying to manage my RA without her.  It would be nearly impossible for me.The office is beautiful, modern and comfortable.  It is conveniently located in a medical center with plenty of parking.  I actually look forward to my appointments!A heartfelt "thank you" to Dr. Reddy, Jolene and the entire staff at Arthritis Care and Research for your concern, expertise and kindness.

Omgh's  !!! What can I say ?? This  Arthritis medical clinic is the BEST PLACE EVER !!! it's my first time there .I'm also a patient. The Doctor's are AMAZING, CARING, UNDERSTANDING, LISTEN TO YOU. And there treatment's are extraordinary. staff is very professional, friendly they totally know there stuff. Especially the head charge Nurse Jolene she's the Best,Caring,loveable, she's always with a smile when you walk in the office. Greets & Welcome's you with a Good Morning. They   take there time to explain everything to you so you can understand, and explain about you're medication. And tell you how very IMPORTANT it is to take it and on time , and there always there for you if you need anything else or Help on ordering you're medication having it delivered to you're home. Doctor's , Staff , Head Nurse Jolene are attentive to you the whole time you're there. They make you feel like you're FAMILY.... And as you're leaving they say. HAVE A GOOD DAY! FEEL BETTER! I have been a patient of Dr. Reddy's for 10 years. Her personalized care and support has ensured that I am able to live as healthy as possible. She is warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I am forever grateful for her. The amazing Jolene, and her staff, make me feel as if I am their only patient. Not only does she ensure I have the meds I need, but she also treats me with care and tackles all insurance issues I may have.  Jolene is incredible at her job and runs the office like a well oiled machine. Dr, Reddy, Jolene, and their staff is the best in the business. I am forever in their debt.

I have been a patient since 2014 and The care I receive from this office is outstanding from learning about my dx to treating it.I feel like tgis office has literally saved me. Dr. Reddy is excellent. She is the best rheumatologist I've had.

I'm not a typical reviewer of people or services but Dr. Reddy literally saved my life. I'd bounced around to several other Dr's trying to find a solution to my Arthritis pain which was worsening. She took the time with me and got me on a life changing treatment. Her Staff is amazing and add a personal touch to her office. Jolene and the other staff are amazing and go above and beyond to assist with appointment and insurance issues. Even with Covid at it's worst the... care never changed! Dr. Reddy and her team are an amazing group of medical professionals! Literally the best in the business.

Dr Reddy and her staff are great! I was having difficulty getting a certain prescription covered and Dr Reddys staff, particularly Jolene, went above and beyond to help me get this straightened out. I have never had any difficulty getting a hold of the office, and they are always quick to refill prescriptions etc. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Smitha Reddy and her team of health care professionals provide excellent care. Love these people!
