Fantastic Facility, Devon is phenomenal therapist , gentle, kind, knowledgeable, positive. The team overall is as good as could imagine. I highly recommend Solstice , and will be continuing treatment there . Anna the manager is a delight, very helpful. Kara who is one of the owners , is an involved, educated Team leader. They handled a issue that (turned out to be mostly my mistake ) w grace and understanding.

I’ve been working with Yvonne for the last few months and it’s been life-changing. I hadn’t seen a physical therapist before, and she’s been extremely diligent about explaining each step, my progress, and what work I should be doing on my own. She’s also referred me to doctors she had worked with so they can have a team-based approach. She’s been able to make me feel comfortable and hopeful while working through a painful issue. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Solstice. The decor and atmosphere/staff are welcoming. Yvonne, my therapist, is terrific—so knowledgeable, so clear, and an excellent teacher with such a gentle touch. And the experience feels very natural and comfortable. I'm also thrilled with the progress I've made.

I have been working with Yvonne Sciascia for the past 2 months and she has been a lifesaver in helping me recover from my surgery. She is easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable on all things related to the pelvic floor. I always feel much better after my treatments with her. Also, the office is nice and clean and spa like!

Emma was an amazing physical therapist—incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind! My treatment was personalized and modified as needed and sessions never felt rushed. I always felt noticeably better after each session. My time at Solstice was the best physical therapy experience I've ever had and I cannot recommend Solstice or Emma enough!

I was able to get an appointment in Scarsdale within days of contacting Solstice. I felt very comfortable with Lexi, answering her questions and asking her my questions. All of my concerns were addressed. At the end of the session, I clearly understood what I was dealing with and what the next steps were. I was *really* nervous about doing Pelvic Floor PT, but enough moms convinced me to try it out, and I'm SO glad I did. Devon Dinegar is my physical therapist and she's the best! Kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and not judgmental at all. I've noticed great improvement since working with her. And for pregnant women: I started with Devon while pregnant with my second, and those super fun pregnancy symptoms that take form as your pregnancy progresses are much more manageable since starting PT. Devon is an amazing therapist who listens and explains everything patiently. I have been seeing her for multiple conditions and she has helped me achieve most of my goals for 2024. I highly recommend her and this practice as they will work with you and your needs. Scheduling with Devon for future appointments is also easy and she makes adjustments on the go. She is also a pleasant therapist to talk to, making the treatment session enjoyable.
