Scheduling: My PT was flexible and able to accommodate my standard 9-5 work schedule. They have both an in-house office manager and also outsource some of their scheduling through a centralized call center. I was pleased with both the courtesy of staff and ease of scheduling and rescheduling.
Treatment: I was treated mainly by Francis Abanilla. Was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder and was put on both an in-office and at-home regimen. Frozen shoulder is a several month recovery and I was very pleased with the care and direction from Francis, Alison, Leonie and the StarPro team at this location. For me, part of the rehab in-office was semi self-guided and part of the rehab was direct hands-on treatment from the PT. I was able to see steady progress and happy with the outcome. Francis did a great job providing guidance, motivation, and expertise throughout the recovery. He answered all my questions with care and in a professional and attentive manner.
Billing: No issues with billing via in-network insurance.
Quality of Office: The office is sunny, clean, and well maintained. It's an open layout with a couple areas for private service. The environment is relaxed and the staff is friendly and focused on providing high level care while offering support, concern, and feedback on patient questions and concerns.
