Dr Ambrose was amazing. Her office not so much. We were sent for urgent imaging for a broken nose. After speaking with the office manager her response to why our order was not processed was " since our office does not generate the revenue from the imaging our staff does not have time to do them, the facility where the imaging is being done has deal with them". Not something a parent wants to hear, when their child is in need of medical attention. Well unfortunately with our imaging center the ordering provider is responsible for authorization of their urgent imaging orders. After 3 weeks with a broken nose we finally were able to get imaging done for our child. Only to learn at this point 3 weeks in there is nothing we can do to fix it. Very disappointing.
