So thankful for Dr. Chai and his staff. He is incredibly compassionate and has superb bedside manner. Dr. Chai is very knowledgeable as a physician and worked diligently with me to create a plan that was most fitting for my healthcare needs. He has given me two cervical injections now with great relief. I have FINALLY been able to get back to running and my quality of life has improved tremendously!

I am a medical assistant here, and I have been with the company for about 2 years. I was also in a car accident and Dr Chai has treated me back pain from the accident. I have also referred my wife to the practice after her car accident because I trust the doctors and staff!

Very unprofessional organization. Doctor switched the brand of my medication at my first visit with him and the medicine wasn’t covered under my insurance and would cost $2000 out of pocket. Called and tried to get it rectified at the request of the pharmacy who then advised that the doctors office was extremely hard to get in contact with in which I found this to be true. I still never received a call back from day one so I called the second day and messages were sent. No call back so I went there on Friday ( again at the request of the pharmacist Lori)and the office was closed. I called the office and reached a lady named Brandy and she said in the messages that the doctor left a message saying that I didn’t seem happy and he would recommend for me to find a different treatment center. Again no one, absolutely NO ONE REACHED OUT TO ME WITH THIS INFORMATION and he simply could’ve just left my medicine as it was instead of giving me the HIGHEST BRAND ON THE MARKET PROLATE! IF YOU DO GO HERE BE SURE TO GET ALL OF THE INFORMATION BEFORE YOU LEAVE, DONT ALLOW THEM TO TELL YOU THEYLL HAVE YOUR MEDICINE SENT TO YOUR HOME!
