Dr. Chand and the Best Medical clinic is probably the best clinic around for recovery needs. I have been through SEMO and other facilities around the area and I can say that you are just another face to them. I dont doubt that the Chand's may make you pay for services (as ANY provider would)- but I do know that through the 4 years I have been going there, I have been more than just another face. I have been a human that they have actually cared about. Crystal is the counselor and clinic manager and she will reach out if I dont show up or if they havent heard from me, the drs will actually call me in the evenings to check in on me, when I went through the birth of my daughter the whole staff went out of their way to keep tabs on me etc. When going through recovery, you need more than just a DOCTOR, you need people who care. People who understand. Anyone who is dealing with addiction should give Best Medical a call and see how they can help you.l

The chands are very good to me they try and try to get me Heather. I am on 4 letters liver e shot . And wasn't for them working with me I wouldn't be able to say have been clean for 4 yrs . Thank you Mr and Mrs Chand you are the greatest

My family used the urgent care services on two occasions and we are satisfied with the medical care. However, on both occasions the clinic required payment up front and then refused to reimburse us when our insurance paid the claim. I personally visited the office to show the documentation of double payment, and the employee refused to reimburse me. I will not use the service again.

I saw this doctor at urgent care. He is not friendly. Showed no compassion and told me I had something I could die from before he even checked me or ran tests. He had me scared and crying.
