I had a great experience with Dr. Bae and his team. The front office staff were very welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Cynthia, Dr. Bae’s assistant, was exceptionally kind and took care of scheduling all my follow-up tests, including labs, ultrasounds, and X-rays. Dr. Bae is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He spent plenty of time with me, ensuring I understood everything and addressing all my concerns. The facility also has an on-site lab, where Eric handled my bloodwork. Despite needing several tubes of blood, he made the process painless and professional. Overall, I was impressed with the efficient service and high level of care.

Dr. Bae himself is highly knowledgeable and professional. He was extremely polite, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and ensured all necessary details were covered during the visit. The facility also has an in-house lab, and Eric, the technician, did an outstanding job drawing blood. Despite needing to take almost 11 tubes, I barely felt a thing! Dr. Bae always makes a plan WITH me not FOR me. He infuses his expertise into the conversation without making you feel lost or uncomfortable with excessive medical jargon. Very professional and have recommended to friends and family already.
