Dr. Pflugner had to perform a partial knee replacement on my mom. After a few months of healing and rehab, her knee was still not better. She went back to see the doctor and he told her he would have to go back in and do a full knee replacement. Well three months later, she was still having pain and popping in it so she decided to go see another doctor in another practice. She was told that she needed a THIRD surgery! I DO NOT recommend Dr. Pflugner!!!
